Debra Osteen is president of the behavioral health division of Universal Health Services, a provider of private mental health services. Osteen, 55, has been with the King of Prussia, Pa.-based company for 27 years. In her current role since 1999, she has expanded the division from 23 to 196 behavioral-health facilities in 37 states and increased revenue from $200 million 12 years ago to $1.4 billion today. She was instrumental in the UHS’ acquisition of Psychiatric Solutions for $3.1 billion last November.
