Q: How do I enter?
A: The entry deadline for the 2010 program has passed.
To be notified of future program dates, click here to add your name to our notification database.
You will receive an email when the call for nomination periods open.
Q: Is there a paticipation fee?
A: There is no fee to participate, however a nominal fee is charged for the use of paper surveys.
Q: What type of questions are asked?
A: The program collects information from both the employer and employees and is open to all companies (providers, suppliers, payers) with at least 25 employees.
Employers complete a survey detailing:
Company policies/practices
Benefits
Demographics
Employees are asked an in-depth set of questions that result in an analysis in 8 core areas:
Leadership and planning
Culture and communications
Role satisfaction
Working environment
Relationship with supervisor
Training and development
Pay and benefits
Overall satisfaction
Q: What do you get for entering?
A: Participating companies will receive a one-page "Participation Report" for free, and will have the opportunity to purchase the full "Employee Feedback Report" that provides valuable data including: a spreadsheet summarizing employee feedback, written employee comments, healthcare benchmark information.
